UW-Fond du Lac student-athlete orientation meeting set for Aug. 17

Posted 8/7/09 - The University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac is recruiting student-athletes for soccer, men’s and women’s golf, women’s volleyball, women’s basketball, men’s basketball, baseball, men’s and women’s tennis, and dance teams.

All incoming and returning UW-Fond du Lac students are encouraged to try out for any of the athletic teams. As one of the 13 campuses within the UW System, UW-Fond du Lac student-athletes compete in the Wisconsin Collegiate Conference (WCC) and are a member of the Wisconsin Junior College Athletic Association (WJCAA) state league.

Students interested in participating in any of the sports must attend a mandatory meeting on Monday, August 17 at 5 p.m. in the UW-Fond du Lac gymnasium, 400 University Drive.
