The special sacred concert will feature “Requiem”, op. 9, by Maurice Duruflé, commissioned in 1947 by the French music publisher Durand and written in memory of the composer's father. “The combination of chamber ensemble, organ and choral music are perfect for the acoustical setting the historic church provides,” said Eby.
