Generational Work Styles
Wednesday, June 6, 2012 • 7:30 – 9:00 a.m.
Why are generational work styles so important to the success of your company? Because the most common generational problems are about managing and motivating others. It’s hard to motivate, coach and give assignments to someone you don’t understand. Learn how each generation sees the world, how work ethics are impacted by generational values, and learn generational work style preferences. As the Millennials are now entering the workforce we will give special attention to this segment. Join us! $10 includes full breakfast. REGISTER
